IT Engineering Manager – Remote (GCC Projects)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineering Manager to lead technical proposals, vendor coordination, and solution development for enterprise IT, telecommunications, networking, cybersecurity, data‑center, and ELV projects across the GCC region. The role is fully remote, collaborating with regional teams, country managers, suppliers and customers to deliver compliant and competitive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering activities across GCC operations and multiple countries simultaneously.
• Review RFQs, RFPs, and tender specifications; develop technical solutions, compliance documents, BOQs and solution documentation.
• Coordinate with international and local technology vendors and prepare technical BOQs, compliance matrices.
• Assist presales activities, engage in customer technical discussions, and review project designs before submission.
• Provide technical clarification to project teams during execution and maintain engineering standards and documentation.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of relevant experience, preferably with GCC projects and government tenders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cybersecurity, cloud and data‑center infrastructure.
• Proven ability to prepare technical proposals and interpret tender specifications.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; experience working with multinational vendors.
