IT Infrastructure & Systems Manager – AI-Focused

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional who embraces AI technologies and can drive the transformation of our infrastructure into an AI‑enabled environment. This is a 1‑year fixed‑term contract, renewable based on performance, where you will manage servers, networks, VoIP, security, and business systems with a forward‑looking mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Linux and Windows servers, virtualization (KVM/QEMU) and IP‑KVM.
• Maintain network devices including firewalls, VPNs, MikroTik, UniFi and OpenWRT.
• Manage VoIP/SIP infrastructure: trunks, IVRs, queues and call flows.
• Support ERPNext, CRM and other business automation tools.
• Oversee collaboration platforms such as RocketChat, Mattermost, Matrix and web services (WordPress, Nginx, Apache).
• Administer email solutions (Zimbra, Proxmox Mail Gateway) and implement security controls.
• Handle backups, disaster recovery, Nextcloud, Samba and NFS storage.
• Implement security measures including Fail2Ban, Active Directory and access controls.
• Monitor infrastructure health with Zabbix, Grafana and Prometheus.
• Provide end‑user and remote support using TeamViewer and AnyDesk.
• Lead infrastructure projects and keep documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure management.
• Strong interest in AI, willingness to learn new technologies and integrate AI across business processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex environments and manage projects end‑to‑end.
