IT PMO Manager

About the role

Sky47 is seeking an experienced IT PMO Manager to lead the planning, execution and governance of IT infrastructure and platform projects within its data centre environment in Islamabad. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards while aligning with business objectives and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of compute, storage, networking, virtualization and cloud platform initiatives.
• Enforce PMO methodologies, standards and compliance with ISO, GDPR and NIST requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, risk logs and status reports; conduct regular governance reviews.
• Coordinate technical teams, operations, vendors and OEMs to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, dependencies and constraints.
• Track budgets, control costs and ensure financial alignment with approved plans.
• Oversee change management, testing, validation and hand‑over to NOC/operations.
• Prepare and present dashboards and KPI reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering; Master’s in Project Management preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, data‑centre or cloud‑related projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and security standards (ISO, GDPR, NIST).
