IT Support Associate

About the role

We are seeking a presentable, proactive, and detail‑oriented IT Support Associate to provide Level‑1 technical assistance and support day‑to‑day IT operations. The role focuses on user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, network assistance, and basic infrastructure management while also helping with procurement and inventory tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level‑1 support for hardware, software, operating systems, printers, peripherals, email and general IT issues.
• Diagnose, repair and maintain PCs, laptops, monitors, printers and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, including installations, configurations and updates.
• Resolve internet, LAN, Wi‑Fi and network problems; understand IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN.
• Assist with Active Directory tasks, GPOs, OUs and user account management.
• Configure and manage UniFi Controller, access points and wireless networks.
• Prepare and set up systems for new hires and conduct basic IT orientation.
• Handle employee off‑boarding, asset collection and account de‑provisioning.
• Support biometric attendance, electronic door locks, CCTV and other security systems.
• Maintain IT inventory, asset records and assist with procurement, vendor coordination and invoice processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on IT support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.

• Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Windows and macOS operating systems.
• IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi networking.
• Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Organizational Units.
• UniFi Controller and Access Point configuration.
• Basic knowledge of biometric attendance, electronic door locks and CCTV systems.
• Experience with IT procurement, inventory management and Odoo purchase processing.
