IT Technician – Hardware Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team in Phase 8 DHA, Lahore. You will be responsible for inspecting, testing, diagnosing, and verifying the quality of laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment before they are stocked or dispatched.

Key responsibilities

• Verify functionality and specifications of laptops, desktops and IT accessories.
• Diagnose hardware issues such as HDD/SSD, RAM, motherboard, display, battery, keyboard, ports and connectivity.
• Record device specifications, test results and condition accurately.
• Identify faulty components and recommend repair or replacement.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and component replacement when required.
• Ensure all inspected equipment meets company quality standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain accurate stock records.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of IT support experience.
• Strong mastery of hardware support and network troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience in hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Proactive problem‑solver and effective team player.
