Junior Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

Sabcon Associates is seeking a motivated Junior Site Engineer to support its real‑estate development projects in Lahore. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with solid internship experience in site execution and construction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Perform site layout marking, setting‑out works, and level checking.
• Coordinate surveying activities and take precise measurements to support project execution.
• Assist in quantity estimation and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for cost control.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site staff to synchronize operations and material deliveries.
• Monitor material usage and workmanship quality to prevent wastage.
• Report progress to project management and help resolve technical or logistical issues.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or candidate with substantial internship experience in construction site execution.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, site execution, and basic surveying techniques.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently on a challenging site environment.
