Junior Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Talent Acquisition Associate to join our recruitment team. In this full‑time position you will gain hands‑on experience across the entire hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates to supporting offer documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
• Review and screen CVs, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial screening calls.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a smooth experience.
• Update candidate records, recruitment trackers and prepare status reports.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives, job postings and career events.
• Assist with offer documentation and pre‑employment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
