Law Clerk – Commercial Real Estate & Energy (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Law Clerk to support a global leader in the commercial real‑estate and energy sectors. The position is contract‑based and focuses on drafting, reviewing, and managing transaction documents while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare commercial real‑estate and energy contracts, lease agreements, and related transactional documents.
• Conduct legal research on real‑estate and energy law, including regulatory compliance and due‑diligence matters.
• Maintain accurate transactional records and ensure documents meet legal standards.
• Coordinate with legal teams, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Organize and archive legal correspondence and documentation for current and future transactions.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or enrollment in an accredited law school with at least two years completed.
• Prior experience as a law clerk, legal assistant, or similar role, preferably in commercial real‑estate or energy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal research databases such as Westlaw.
• Proficiency with legal research databases such as LexisNexis.
