Legal Officer (UK/US Law Firm Experience)

About the role

Attorize is seeking a Legal Officer to support its operations in Pakistan. The role is ideal for candidates with experience working with UK or US law firms and who thrive in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage a variety of legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case‑related documentation.
• Support solicitors and attorneys on day‑to‑day legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with international legal teams and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Experience working with UK and/or US law firms.
• Strong understanding of legal documentation and contract review.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
