M&A Quality of Earnings / Transaction Advisory Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a skilled finance professional to provide Quality of Earnings analysis and transaction advisory support. The role is fully remote and requires real‑time availability on Zoom during U.S. Eastern business hours to assist with accounting, due diligence, and executive tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Be present on Zoom throughout the workday to support accounting and advisory activities between calls and meetings.
• Manage routine accounting duties and maintain QuickBooks records.
• Conduct buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence, including data collection, analysis, and document organization.
• Prepare and present reports on earnings quality, working capital, cash flows, and transaction risks.
• Act as an executive assistant by managing schedules, reminders, and general administrative tasks.
• Develop a deep understanding of business segments to become a proactive thought partner.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
• 5–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Audit background and experience with financial due diligence for private equity, corporate, or lending clients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to serve as primary client contact throughout transactions.

Required skills

• QuickBooks (hands‑on experience).
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
