Manager Business Planning & Analysis

About the role

PTCL is seeking a Manager Business Planning & Analysis to lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and financial reporting. You will provide analytical support for management reporting and help shape key financial presentations for investors, media and corporate briefings.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyse budget inputs from revenue and cost owners for annual budgets, business plans and quarterly forecasts.
• Manage reporting of budgets, business plans and forecasts using e& budget models and Hyperion Planning.
• Monitor cost‑saving initiatives and produce monthly reports tracking savings performance.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports, owner‑wise budgets and contribution‑margin analysis to support decision‑making.
• Develop high‑quality presentations and financial insights for investor calls, media briefings and corporate sessions.

Required profile

• BBA, BS in Accounting & Finance, ACCA, CA or CIMA qualification.
• Relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Exposure to digital analytics, performance dashboards, social listening or AI‑enabled marketing tools is a plus.
