Manager Corporate Communications

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Manager Corporate Communications to lead both internal and external communication strategies, strengthen government relations, and protect the company’s reputation. This senior position will guide media engagement, digital presence, crisis response, and CSR communication across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with government bodies and regulatory authorities, leading meetings and policy advocacy.
• Ensure compliance with public disclosure regulations and manage licensing and approval processes.
• Build and nurture media relationships, oversee digital channels, and monitor brand sentiment online.
• Design and execute internal communication programs to boost employee engagement and alignment.
• Support the CSR strategy, promote initiatives, and communicate impact to the public.
• Participate in crisis management teams, creating and implementing communication plans to safeguard reputation.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or government relations, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Proven track record in media relations, regulatory compliance, and crisis communication.
