Manufacturing Engineer – Night Shift (Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Lahore office on the night shift. The role involves designing, optimizing and documenting manufacturing processes for automotive sheet‑metal components, ensuring high quality and efficiency while adhering to North‑American engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Create and maintain detailed process sheets and continuously improve them.
• Prepare, validate and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routing BOMs.
• Collaborate on plant layout design and space optimization.
• Conduct time‑and‑motion studies, cycle‑time analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor production data, identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work night shift and collaborate across departments.
