Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support Abyss Solutions' marketing initiatives across digital, brand, content, events, and commercial campaigns. Working closely with the VP of Marketing and cross‑functional teams, the role ensures consistent brand messaging, lead generation, and business development support in a fast‑paced technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own HubSpot as the system of record: manage object model, property governance, lifecycle stages, scoring, workflows, and reporting.
• Design and maintain lead qualification frameworks, including MQL definitions, fit and engagement scoring.
• Run data‑quality programs for contact and company records, handling persona classification, segmentation, enrichment, and deduplication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and RevOps to build HubSpot systems for project tracking and executive visibility.
• Translate product capabilities into positioning, messaging, launch briefs, enablement assets, and post‑launch adoption tracking.
• Produce commercial collateral such as one‑pagers, pitch decks, and competitive battlecards.
• Own website architecture, copy, and technical claim accuracy; maintain editorial calendar and update sites using React, NextJS, and GitHub.
• Monitor competitors, create commercial narratives, and design named‑account motions.
• Plan and execute conference and event strategies, including booth planning, target invite lists, and outcome measurement.

Required profile

• Highly organized, creative, and detail‑oriented with a strong desire to grow in a technology company.
• Comfortable working with HubSpot and its API; programming knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to partner with multiple departments and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
