Marketing Lead (Content & Social)

About the role

One-Off Studios is seeking a Marketing Lead to own content, social, and creative output. You will translate the agency’s expertise into compelling brand‑focused material, produce founder‑led content, and shape the visual and verbal identity across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the visual and voice guidelines for all touchpoints.
• Write and oversee copy for the website, landing pages, decks, and AI‑generated assets.
• Create lead‑generation assets such as eBooks, templates, and checklists.
• Ghostwrite and produce founder‑led posts, hooks, and short‑form videos.
• Script, coordinate, and publish short‑form video for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Manage organic social presence on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and X, including calendar, copy, posting, and community engagement.
• Run newsletter and nurture email sequences.
• Track performance metrics (traffic, sign‑ups, MQLs) and iterate on successful tactics.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or creative roles, preferably in an agency, e‑commerce brand, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to write high‑quality, on‑brand copy quickly.
• Strong visual sense and ability to direct both AI output and human designers.
• Creative thinker who can generate ideas for founder‑led and short‑form content.
• Self‑directed, organized, and capable of managing a content calendar independently.
