Marketing Manager (AI‑first growth machine)

About the role

Contractor+ is building an operating system for contractors and needs an AI‑native growth operator to drive brand awareness, user acquisition and revenue. You will work directly with the CEO to identify high‑leverage opportunities and execute them using AI, automation and systematic experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and iterate weekly growth experiments across acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Build and maintain AI‑powered marketing workflows that replace manual tasks.
• Create content pipelines that repurpose CEO insights into multi‑channel assets using AI tools.
• Monitor KPIs, spot bottlenecks early and continuously improve funnel performance.
• Engage authentically in contractor‑focused communities (Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, etc.) and surface product feedback.
• Develop relationships with influencers, affiliates and industry partners.

• Growth‑focused leader comfortable working with senior leadership.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to translate manual processes into automated solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills to measure impact and iterate quickly.
