Marketing Operations & Growth Manager (Remote)

About the role

Aura Digital Agency is seeking a strategic, systems‑oriented Marketing Operations & Growth Manager to support B2B, coaching, consulting and tech clients. This remote, full‑time position focuses on scaling marketing performance rather than basic social media posting.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize website conversion rates and manage WordPress sites
• Implement on‑page SEO and structure content for search visibility
• Oversee podcast production and repurpose episodes into reels, shorts and carousel posts
• Drive social growth on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook
• Set up and maintain CRM and marketing automation tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zapier, ManyChat)
• Design and execute email marketing sequences
• Plan and batch content for 30‑day and 90‑day cycles
• Coordinate account management and client delivery via Zoom

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, marketing operations or growth
• Hands‑on expertise with WordPress, SEO, CRM, automation and email platforms
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple client accounts
• Comfortable presenting and discussing strategy on client Zoom calls
