About the role

Orange Tree Systems is hiring a Medical Associate (MBBS) to provide day‑to‑day clinical coordination and communication support for physicians based in the United States. The position is based onsite in Lahore and offers a unique opportunity for doctors and house officers to gain practical experience with US healthcare workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Assist US‑based physicians with routine clinical support activities.
• Manage and respond to communications from nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals within the US system.
• Coordinate clinical updates to ensure smooth workflow between medical teams.
• Support documentation, follow‑ups, and task tracking under physician guidance.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all interactions.

Required profile

• MBBS degree (completed) or enrollment in the 4th year or higher.
• Strong foundational clinical knowledge and familiarity with medical terminology.
• Excellent verbal communication with a clear, professional accent suitable for US healthcare interactions.
• Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail.
