Member of Technical Staff – Enterprise AI (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff to design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems for enterprise customers. The position is fully remote and involves close collaboration with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams to embed AI capabilities into production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise AI models for enterprise applications, ensuring performance, scalability and reliability.
• Design end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines for data ingestion, processing, training and serving.
• Integrate AI components with existing APIs and production systems alongside software engineers.
• Select and evaluate AI frameworks and cloud tools that meet business and technical requirements.
• Document system architecture, model specifications and deployment procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on AI or machine‑learning applications.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience delivering end‑to‑end AI solutions in enterprise settings.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• TensorFlow, PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools for model deployment and monitoring.
