Merchant Acquisition Executive

About the role

YouthPerks is seeking a motivated Merchant Acquisition Executive to expand its network of student‑focused merchants across Pakistan. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching and onboarding restaurants, cafés, gyms, fashion brands, e‑commerce stores and other businesses that offer genuine value to students.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential merchants relevant to the student market.
• Contact business owners and decision‑makers to present YouthPerks benefits.
• Negotiate student discount terms and merchant agreements.
• Onboard new merchants onto the YouthPerks platform.
• Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure merchant activity and satisfaction.
• Report acquired merchants and sales activity to the internal team.

Required profile

• Confident communicator comfortable engaging with business owners.
• Self‑starter who can work independently without constant direction.
• Basic understanding of sales and negotiation principles.
• Highly motivated by performance‑based outcomes.
• Ability to build genuine, long‑term business relationships.
• Focus on acquiring high‑quality merchants that generate real student transactions.
