Mobile App Developer – React Native (Remote)

About the role

RayTech is looking for a proactive Mobile Application Developer to join its remote team. You will work on high‑performance mobile apps for startups and businesses worldwide, taking full ownership of the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into functional features.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of app performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with mobile technology trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience with React Native.
• Hands‑on experience with Flutter (a strong plus).
• Native iOS or Android experience is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working 9 am‑5 pm Pacific Standard Time.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to ask the right questions.
