Motivational Sales Trainer for Closers

About the role

We are looking for a Motivational Sales Trainer for Closers to join our Islamabad office. In this full‑time position you will design and deliver high‑impact training programs that boost the performance of our telemarketing closing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver motivational sales training sessions, workshops and role‑plays focused on telemarketing, objection handling and closing strategies.
• Assess training needs and create tailored training materials, scripts and scenario‑based exercises.
• Coach individual closers, provide constructive feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with campaign objectives and track training outcomes.
• Maintain training schedules, manage multiple sessions and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong presentation abilities and experience delivering engaging motivational training.
• Proven background in sales training, preferably within telemarketing, insurance or related sales environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and feedback skills.
• Demonstrated success coaching high‑performance sales teams and improving closing ratios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
