MTO – Trade Marketing

About the role

As an MTO – Trade Marketing you will support the execution of trade marketing plans, turning brand strategies into actionable field initiatives. Working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager and the sales team, you will help analyse trade data, execute retail programmes and ensure brand visibility across channels in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of customer‑focused trade marketing strategies.
• Assist in analysing customer and category data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Translate brand plans into customer marketing activities.
• Work with the sales team to implement in‑store execution plans and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to roll out trade activations and visibility drives.
• Help plan and track promotional budgets and performance KPIs.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategy improvement.
• Assist in developing retailer engagement programmes across sales channels.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales or Brand Management (FMCG preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Energetic, self‑motivated and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
