Outbound Sales Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the role

Swishtag is seeking a motivated outbound sales appointment setter to join its remote team. You will focus on cold‑calling promotional product distributors in the United States, introduce our SaaS solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for the senior sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make automated outbound cold calls targeting U.S. promotional product distributors.
• Introduce Swishtag’s SaaS platform and set up meetings with prospects.
• Ask discovery questions to understand current systems and challenges.
• Qualify prospects and identify potential interest.
• Schedule strategy calls for the closing team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and conversation notes in the CRM.
• Follow established scripts while keeping conversations natural.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales outreach preferred.
• Ability to handle objections professionally.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet calling environment.

• Salary range 80,000‑100,000 (local currency) plus 3% sales commission.
