About the role

Join a fast‑growing tech company as an Outbound Sales Call Center Agent focused on the US market. You will work on‑site in Lahore, handling evening and night shifts aligned with US business hours, and play a key part in generating qualified leads and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing US customers.
• Follow proven scripts and sales processes to close sales and secure qualified leads.
• Answer customer questions with professionalism and care.
• Log every interaction accurately in the company CRM.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine call strategies and improve performance.
• Participate in training on products, promotions, and compliance.

Required profile

• US English accent – non‑negotiable.
• Dependable, punctual and accountable for personal numbers.
• Strong spoken and written English suited to US customers.
• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, customer support or BPO (preferred).
• Active listening, empathy and persuasive communication.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore on US‑aligned shifts (evenings/nights).
• Minimum high school diploma; business or communications background is a plus.
