Outbound Sales Representative – SaaS/CRM Cold Caller

About the role

SHMAI is seeking a high‑energy outbound sales representative to turn curated lead lists into paying customers for its industry‑specific SaaS CRM dashboards. This remote position focuses on cold‑calling, demo scheduling, and closing deals for service‑based businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Cold call businesses from provided lead lists and pitch the SHMAI CRM solution.
• Overcome objections, schedule live demos, and follow up persistently.
• Close sales via phone or video call, moving prospects from interest to signed contracts.
• Log all interactions and outcomes in the internal CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts, offers, and targeting strategies.

Required profile

• Proven cold‑calling experience with a track record of booking meetings or closing sales, preferably in SaaS or B2B services.
• Excellent English communication—clear, confident, and persuasive.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage time and pipeline remotely.
• Resilient mindset; comfortable handling frequent rejections.
• Bonus: experience selling to small‑business owners in sectors such as lawn care, pet care, roofing, etc.

Required skills

• Comfortable using CRM software (training provided).
