About the role
We are looking for an energetic Outbound Telemarketer to drive B2B sales of Microsoft software solutions. You will engage decision‑makers, generate qualified leads and guide prospects through the full sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end B2B sales process from prospecting and cold outreach to negotiation and closing.
- Make outbound calls and send targeted email campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
- Present, demo and sell Microsoft 365, Office Home & Business, Windows & Server products and related cloud services.
- Build relationships with IT managers, procurement and operations leaders.
- Handle objections and tailor value‑based pitches to each client’s needs.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure pipeline visibility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in software or IT.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and cloud/SaaS solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
