Partnerships Specialist

About the role

The Partnerships Specialist will manage the daily operations of the Office for Partnerships and support the development and maintenance of strategic collaborations with schools, NGOs, government bodies and other educational institutions. This role is essential to advancing the School of Education’s academic, research and field‑based learning objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, establish and sustain strategic partnerships with schools, NGOs, government agencies and other stakeholders.
• Lead the creation, execution and renewal of Memoranda of Understanding and partnership agreements.
• Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement initiatives such as roundtables, conferences, networking events and the flagship Practicum Showcase Conference.
• Manage practicum cycles, coordinate student placements and ensure alignment with academic requirements.
• Facilitate academic visits, field immersions, research collaborations and support faculty research initiatives.
• Maintain accurate partnership records, databases and documentation; prepare reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Development Studies, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of Pakistan’s education sector and its key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, events and timelines simultaneously.
• Behaviours: relationship‑oriented, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, collaborative, organized and results‑focused.
