Patient Access Specialist – Full‑Time (On‑Site, Lahore)

About the role

Perpetual Beacon is seeking a detail‑oriented Patient Access Specialist to join its Lahore office. The role is full‑time, on‑site and operates on United States business hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT). You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth registration, accurate insurance verification, and a positive overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist them throughout the registration process.
• Verify and update patient insurance information, communicating with insurers as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) system.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve access issues.
• Handle patient inquiries promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Proficient in insurance verification and familiar with medical terminology.
• Experience in patient registration and workflow management.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Prior experience in healthcare administration is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is a plus.
