Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

About the role

DXB Perfume is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support its Chief Executive Officer. Working remotely, you will act as the CEO’s right‑hand, turning conversations and decisions into clear actions and ensuring priorities are managed efficiently across retail, e‑commerce and distribution functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s diary, inbox, meetings, calls and commitments, prioritising urgent and commercially important matters.
• Draft emails, letters and internal communications on behalf of the CEO and prepare briefing materials for meetings.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date action and decision tracker, follow up with managers, and escalate delays or blockers.
• Prepare agendas, meeting documents and record decisions, circulating actions promptly.
• Coordinate communication between the CEO, internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Gather reports and figures for decision‑making, and create concise presentations and briefing documents.
• Arrange UK and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas and itineraries.
• Provide limited personal administrative support to the CEO when required.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in following up with managers and external partners.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain confidentiality.
