About the role

We are seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in a remote/telehealth environment. The professional will ensure safe medication use, support patients, and collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Review and execute physician prescriptions, confirming appropriateness and legality.
• Provide medication therapy management, safety monitoring, and patient counseling.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor medication adherence and maintain detailed medication histories.
• Manage prescription and non‑prescription orders, including refill authorizations.
• Utilize digital healthcare systems to efficiently manage pharmacy operations.
• Document and communicate consultation outcomes to the care team.
• Stay current with pharmaceutical research, guidelines, and advancements.

Required profile

• Valid pharmacist license in the practicing state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• 3–5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is desirable.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
