Platform & Learning Experience Manager

About the role

Ad Astra, Inc. is looking for a Platform & Learning Experience Manager to lead the launch and growth of the Skills Academy module within the AdAstraConnect platform. This remote, full‑time role will turn a library of proven training content into a revenue‑generating learning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Digitize the complete training portfolio (medical, legal, cultural interpreter, and client‑specific programs) from end‑to‑end.
• Own the Skills Academy product: manage backlog, sprint planning, architecture decisions, QA gates, and release schedules.
• Integrate assessment results, certifications, and training history directly into linguist records via AdAstraConnect.
• Open the platform to third‑party trainers and define a free‑versus‑paid content model.
• Create three new revenue streams: interpreter continuing education, client‑licensed learning programs, and AI Agent Training engagements.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years as a Product Owner, Platform Manager, or Technical Program Manager in a platform environment.
• Hands‑on experience with LMS and platform architecture (SCORM/xAPI, SSO, video delivery, assessment engines, credential tracking, learning analytics).
• Proven ability to work inside engineering teams, write technical specifications, and translate complex requirements into business decisions.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, data models, and SaaS platforms.
• Awareness of AI governance, adaptive learning, privacy, and security‑by‑design principles.
• Minimum four‑hour daily overlap with US Eastern business hours.
