Procurement Specialist – Lahore

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Lahore team. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials and equipment for an industrial machinery manufacturer. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure timely, cost‑effective procurement while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select local and international suppliers using platforms such as Alibaba and Made in China.
• Negotiate terms, prices and delivery schedules to achieve best value.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date supplier database and accurate purchase records.
• Issue purchase orders, track deliveries and resolve any supply‑related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and specifications.
• Prepare detailed procurement reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong negotiation abilities and knowledge of best procurement practices.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
