Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Remote)

About the role

Riphah International University is seeking a highly qualified Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences to join its faculty on a remote basis. The successful candidate will lead teaching, research and mentorship activities in line with HEC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality lectures and practical sessions in pharmaceutical sciences.
• Design, conduct and publish original research in reputable scientific journals.
• Supervise and mentor PhD and MPhil students.
• Develop and update course materials to reflect current scientific advances.
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary research projects and contribute to curriculum development.
• Participate in academic committees and university governance.
• Apply for research grants and maintain professional registration.

Required profile

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field meeting HEC criteria.
• Minimum five years of teaching and research experience as defined by HEC.
• Strong publication record in reputable journals.
• Experience supervising PhD/MPhil scholars (preferred).
• Registration with the relevant professional council where applicable.
