Project Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Project Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating and securing new development projects to meet regional revenue targets. The role combines lead generation, stakeholder relationship management and detailed due‑diligence to ensure a robust pipeline of viable inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads, conduct prospect meetings and present tailored solutions to customers.
• Negotiate commercial terms with developers and land owners, including fees, contract tenure, pricing, discounts and payment plans.
• Perform detailed due‑diligence on land ownership, regulatory approvals and developer credentials.
• Coordinate contract signing processes, including service agreements, sale agreements and lease‑hold documents.
• Prepare financial feasibility analyses based on project data.
• Liaise with internal sales, marketing and operations teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth hand‑over of acquired projects.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with external stakeholders such as development authorities, construction firms and land record offices.
• Support sales teams on acquired projects, act as the primary contact for issue resolution, and oversee the launch of new projects across all relevant departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project acquisition, business development or real‑estate sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal and financial due‑diligence.
• Excellent stakeholder management with both internal and external partners.
• Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and reporting.
