Project Manager – Elevator Installation & Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead elevator installation and maintenance projects for our client, TK Elevator, in Karachi. The role combines technical expertise with hands‑on site management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise elevator installation and maintenance projects from site preparation through commissioning and handover.
• Troubleshoot elevator systems, diagnose faults, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, site engineers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and overall site progress.
• Conduct site/shaft surveys, review technical drawings, layouts, specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Manage manpower, materials, tools, and other site requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain proper documentation.

Required profile

• DAE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the elevator/escalator industry.
• Strong knowledge of elevator installation and maintenance processes.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and shaft/site requirements.
• Excellent project planning, execution, and client‑handling abilities.
