Project Manager - IT

About the role

The Project Manager – IT will lead the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of technology projects that support our strategic objectives. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Allocate resources, manage risks and resolve issues throughout the project.
• Monitor progress, track performance metrics and report status to senior leadership.
• Coordinate vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end IT projects successfully.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and decision‑making skills.
