Project Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver AI, web, and mobile application development projects for international clients. You will act as the primary liaison between the client and the local delivery team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive project management plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
• Monitor project progress, manage staffing plans, budgets, and maintain meeting minutes.
• Supervise day‑to‑day project activities, resolve routine issues, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Define and manage project scope, teams, and resources, coordinating with relevant leads to establish SOPs and parameters.
• Communicate regularly with clients and senior management, providing status updates and progress reports.
• Negotiate, coordinate, and oversee project deliverables, acting as the client representative for the local team.
• Analyze data to suggest strategic actions that provide business advantage.
• Develop team schedules, support onboarding and training, and ensure high service quality.
• Provide performance feedback, address inefficiencies, and support skill development.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering projects in AI, web, and mobile application development.
• Proven track record of on‑time, on‑budget delivery for international clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, and team building.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development or a related field, preferably obtained in North America or Europe.
• Willingness to work onsite Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time.
