Project Manager - Scholarships, Grants & University Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead scholarship, grant, and university partnership initiatives from start to finish. You will work closely with academic institutions and internal stakeholders to create impactful collaborations that advance educational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage scholarship, grant, and university partnership projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with academic institutions and stakeholders to establish and maintain effective partnerships.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to align with project goals and deliverables.
• Prepare and present reports, updates, and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between partners, sponsors, and university departments.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and organizational standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project management experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication abilities.
