QA Engineer – Software Testing

About the role

We are looking for a motivated QA Engineer to join our development team and ensure the quality of our software solutions. In this role you will design, execute and maintain test plans for new and existing applications, working closely with developers and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios and scripts for software releases.
• Identify, log and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and define test cases.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of issues and suggest improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct regression testing after updates or fixes.
• Provide feedback on usability and functionality to enhance the end‑user experience.
• Document test procedures and results for future reference.
• Monitor adherence to QA guidelines and processes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with development teams.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Hands‑on experience with automated testing tools and scripting.
• Proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive test cases and plans.
• Familiarity with Agile software development.
• Experience testing web‑based applications is a plus.
