About the role
The Manager – Qualitative will lead and manage end‑to‑end qualitative research projects for a leading market research agency, delivering actionable consumer and market insights to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, budgeting and delivery of qualitative studies from proposal to final report.
- Design and moderate focus groups, in‑depth interviews, ethnographic and online community research.
- Analyse transcripts and field notes to generate strategic insights and recommendations.
- Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations and executive summaries for senior stakeholders.
- Maintain client relationships, contribute to proposals and support business development initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, Psychology or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in qualitative market research and consumer insights.
- Strong project management, analytical thinking and client‑facing skills.
