Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our Shopify‑focused agency in Lahore. The role is full‑time, night‑shift and will work closely with designers, developers and account managers to drive client growth and retention through email and SMS campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and launch email marketing campaigns for eCommerce clients.
• Build and segment email lists, design templates and set up automated workflows.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and report key metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns for higher conversion.
• Ensure compliance with email regulations and maintain quality assurance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in email and/or SMS marketing, preferably for eCommerce.
• Strong copywriting ability with a focus on direct‑response messaging.
• Detail‑oriented, excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Comfortable working night shift (5 PM – 2 AM) and collaborating in a fast‑paced environment.
