Quality Assurance Officer – Pharmacist (Hair Care Products)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to lead the Quality Assurance function for our hair‑care product line. The role ensures that all raw materials, packaging, and finished goods meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistent quality standards across all hair‑care products.
• Review and approve raw materials, packaging components, and finished products.
• Develop, update, and monitor SOPs and quality documentation.
• Conduct routine quality inspections, audits, and stability assessments.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with cosmetic and manufacturing regulations.
• Coordinate with production and management teams to safeguard product safety.
• Maintain comprehensive quality records and regulatory filings.

Required profile

• Pharmacy degree with a focus on quality assurance or regulatory affairs.
• Proven experience in QA, QC, or regulatory roles within cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage quality processes effectively.

Required skills

• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
