Associate Engineer – Electrical & Instrumentation Support

About the role

The Associate – Engineering SWL provides hands‑on technical support to the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) and Operational Technology (OT) teams. Working on‑site, you will assist skilled electricians, instrumentation and automation technicians during routine maintenance, breakdowns, and basic installation tasks, ensuring safe and timely restoration of plant equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities across electrical, instrumentation and OT/automation systems.
• Assist with equipment isolation, dismantling/assembly, cable routing, housekeeping and tool handling.
• Perform basic inspections, calibrations, PLC backups and client health checks.
• Provide field‑level assistance during breakdown response and scheduled PM jobs.
• Help technicians focus on higher‑level troubleshooting by handling non‑skilled support tasks.

Required profile
