React Developer with AI Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a React Developer who combines strong front‑end expertise with AI‑driven architectural thinking. You will work in Lahore for a Saudi‑based startup, collaborating with international clients and a fast‑moving senior team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture of client and internal projects from day one.
• Lead AI‑assisted planning sessions using Claude, GPT or similar models to design and validate systems before coding.
• Coordinate and mentor a team of developers, reviewing work, removing blockers and ensuring timely delivery.
• Translate business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions.
• Set engineering standards for AI‑assisted tooling.
• Communicate directly with international clients via calls, documentation and email.

Required profile

• Strong production‑grade ReactJS experience, including component design, state management and performance optimisation.
• Proven architectural thinking – you plan and reason before writing code.
• Daily use of Claude Code (Max) and Cursor, with understanding of skills, memory, sub‑agents and MCP servers.
• Fluency in AI‑workflow design, prompting, planning loops and agentic workflows.
• Ownership mindset, ability to coordinate multiple developers.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
