Recruiter – High Commission & Base Salary up to PKR 550k

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join People Perfect in Lahore. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring for executive search, employer‑of‑record (EOR) projects and internal positions, handling a high volume of roles while earning a competitive base salary and a performance‑based commission.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruitment for executive search, EOR and internal hiring across 50+ live positions each month.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using job portals, boards and referrals.
• Create shortlists with competency‑based screening tools and conduct salary benchmarking.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to ensure a seamless candidate experience and repeat business.
• Maintain compliance with documentation, background checks and audit requirements.
• Contribute to employer branding through events and market intelligence.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of recruitment or talent‑acquisition experience, preferably in services or IT.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS, HRMS/ERP and job portal tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with candidates and clients.
• Data‑driven, accountable and results‑oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience using HRMS/ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with job portal sourcing techniques.

What we offer

• Base salary up to PKR 200,000 per month.
• Commission structure: 5 % on executive search placements, 3 % on EOR and internal hires, with potential monthly earnings of PKR 350,000.
