Remote Call Center Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Agent to join our growing remote operations team. You will contact prospective customers, answer basic inquiries, and schedule appointments for licensed life and health insurance agents across the United States, all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using CRM and auto‑dialing software.
• Engage prospects professionally, explain the purpose of each call, and provide accurate information.
• Schedule qualified appointments for licensed insurance professionals.
• Follow call scripts while personalising conversations when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM platform.
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
• Participate in quality‑assurance reviews, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Professional phone presence with good interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume call‑center environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask accurately.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone and high‑speed internet connection.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with auto‑dialing software.
