Remote Clinic Support Specialist – Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Remote Clinic Support Specialist to join our Global Talent Hub in Pakistan. Reporting to the Senior Care Coordinator, you will help keep clinic operations running smoothly by managing wait‑list outreach, referral coordination, scheduling communications, and key tracking workflows across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to patients on wait‑lists and maintain accurate tracking across all clinic sites.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure timely follow‑through throughout clinic workflows.
• Manage scheduling communications with patients, families, and clinic staff.
• Maintain and update tracking workflows to guarantee data accuracy and consistency.
• Support day‑to‑day clinic operations and perform assigned administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of administrative or U.S. healthcare support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols without reminders.
• Excellent organization skills and capacity to manage multiple recurring deadlines.
• Clear, professional written and spoken English.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote‑work setup.
