Remote Full-Stack Developer – JavaScript/TypeScript

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join a leading AI technology company. The position is fully remote and focuses on building and optimizing code that trains and fine‑tunes AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality code for training and optimizing AI models.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Develop comprehensive explanations and rationales for model evaluations.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creating and maintaining task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full‑stack development.
• Experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Familiarity with the Nest.js framework.
• Knowledge of front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
