About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to work remotely on a part‑time basis. You will support a global staffing and recruiting leader by handling employee inquiries, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer employee questions about benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate, confidential HR files and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and offboarding departing staff.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Collaborate with management to resolve workplace issues and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Prior experience in an HR support or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required skills
- Familiarity with HR information systems or databases.
